About Jordan Benson,
Attorney at Law

As the son of a criminal defense attorney, Jordan understood at a young age the importance of protecting the rights of individuals who have been accused of a crime and the crucial role a criminal defense attorney plays in the pursuit of justice.  While growing up, Jordan spent a tremendous amount of time at his father’s law office which instilled a passion for helping people.

Jordan has had invaluable practical experience beyond most of his peers.  In addition to assisting his father for years, Jordan has learned from the three main participants in a criminal case. Jordan has worked for Judges, prosecutors and high profile criminal defense attorneys. His diverse background equips him with a comprehensive understanding of the legal process and the challenges faced by his clients.

During law school, Jordan externed for Justice Patrick Fischer of the Supreme Court of Ohio and clerked for Judge Jerry Larson of the Akron Municipal Court.  Jordan also interned at the Stow Prosecutor’s office handling a variety of cases, and clerked for an Akron-based criminal defense firm assisting attorneys in many serious federal and state felony cases.

Jordan is passionate about using his knowledge and experience to advocate for his clients and help them achieve the best possible outcome in their case.
